At 22:16 on Saturday, 11 March, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Oxygen first aid

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Fire involving chips pan, removed from property by fire service personnel, one casualty treated for smoke inhalation
