At 20:32 on Tuesday, 28 March, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Persons Locked Out Of House in Shawbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Church Stretton.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

1 female fallen on floor in kitchen. Fire crews attempting to gain access to assist Ambulance Access gained using short extension ladder crews now assisting Ambulance
