At 21:41 on Wednesday, 24 May, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Ludlow.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews assisted Ambulance with lifting a patient who had fallen and was unable to free themselves from a stairwell.
