At 06:44 on Wednesday, 16 August, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bin Fire in Wellington.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involved small quantity of rubbish in an external bin. Out on arrival nothing in use.
