At 15:57 on Wednesday, 16 August, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Horsehay.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police and Telford and Wrekin Council.

No fire found by fire service personnel upon arrival, this incident was due to a mechanical defect.
