At 13:10 on Sunday, 8 October, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as AFA in Dawley.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.

False alarm due to unattended cooking.
