At 15:07 on Wednesday, 8 November, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as SSC Urgent in Ironbridge .

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
