At 04:01 on Wednesday, 22 November, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire.

6 fire appliances including the Incident Command Unit were mobilised from Church Stretton, Craven Arms, Much Wenlock, Shrewsbury and Tweedale. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Fire in basement area of a domestic dwelling.
