At 12:50 on Thursday, 30 November, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

Fire involving approximately 5 metres of hedgerow. Crews extinguished using one hose reel jet.
