RTC HGV Persons Trapped

At 14:10 on Wednesday, 7 February, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Welshpool.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Minsterley and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Environment agency equipment
• Small gear

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Environment Agency, the Highways Agency, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 2 HGV and 1 saloon car. No persons trapped. Diesel spillage from one HGV.
