At 03:15 on Tuesday, 13 February, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA in Clun.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bishops Castle and Clun.

This incident was a false alarm caused by a door being open on a wood burning stove activating a smoke detector, advice given.
