At 05:59 on Sunday, 27 March, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Much Wenlock.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Church Stretton. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Incident involving 1 vehicle in collision with telegraph pole. Vehicle fire extinguished using 2 hose reel jets and incident made safe by Fire Crews
