At 15:30 on Thursday, 19 October, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Oswestry .

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere, Oswestry and Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear

One vehicle removed from roadway by police. Crews made vehicle safe. No persons trapped.
