At 14:08 on Thursday, 14 March, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Cressage.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Much Wenlock, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

Assisting Ambulance Service personnel to access a patient at height.
