At 22:14 on Friday, 21 June, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet and Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

This was a false alarm caused by a controlled burn, crews extinguished the fire as a precaution
