At 13:35 on Wednesday, 23 October, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Baschurch and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Fire Service Personnel released one person from vehicle and they are now in the care of the Ambulance service.
