At 10:21 on Tuesday, 19 November, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Church Stretton.

2 fire appliances including the Landrover Pump were mobilised from Church Stretton and Ludlow.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

Crews rescued casualty from side of hill using an extraction stretcher and a 30 meter general purpose line before being transferred into National Trust mule vehicle to be transported back to National Trust office.
