At 12:15 on Saturday, 23 November, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Pontsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

One single storey brick built garage 100% involved in fire.
