At 15:16 on Friday, 10 January, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Fuel Leak/Spillage Large in Bridgnorth.

3 fire appliances including the Environmental Protection Unit and the Prime Mover were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock and Tweedale. Operations and Hazmat officers were in attendance.

Diesel tanker leaking fuel onto forecourt of filling station. Crews used environmental grab packs, absorbent materials and environmental damn to stop fuel entering sewage pipe.
