At 22:41 on Saturday, 5 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire in Cambrian Drive, Oswestry .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Fire involving clothing left on hob. Fire was out on arrival of fire service, crew used thermal imaging camera to check for hot spots. 1 casualty suffering burns to legs.
