At 19:13 on Saturday, 12 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Holyhead Road, Bicton, Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Report of AFA actuating with possibility of fire in the building. Incident was found to be a false alarm due to fumes from cooking.
