At 10:18 on Thursday, 8 May, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Reports of fire in the open which proved to be a bonfire in rear garden. Fire crews used 1 hose reel jet to bring fire under control
