At 12:26 on Friday, 9 May, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Baschurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Incident involves one large tractor well alight. Crews using 2 breathing apparatus and 2 hose reel jets to extinguish.
