At 11:24 on Thursday, 19 June, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving approximately 40m x 40m of gorse and undergrowth. Crews extinguished using extended hosereel jet.
