At 07:13 on Sunday, 29 June, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Minsterley.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Minsterley.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Small gear

Fire involving brash and fern in woodland, roughly 9 square metres in size.
