At 21:09 on Thursday, 3 July, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Nesscliffe.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Baschurch.

Fire Service personnel searched the area and there were no signs of smoke or fire. This incident was a false alarm with good intent.
