At 14:01 on Friday, 4 July, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Reports of a fire in the open involving 1 x 6yd skip which spread to undergrowth. Crews extinguished using 2 hosereel jets.
