At 06:23 on Tuesday, 23 December, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Craven Arms and Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

This incident was a false alarm caused by faulty system. Inspection carried out, and advice given.
