At 18:57 on Tuesday, 30 December, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Tenbury Wells.

4 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Ludlow and Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Small gear

Incident involves chimney fire within flue of domestic property. Crews were assisted by Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service.
