At 17:03 on Thursday, 18 February, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Telford.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Much Wenlock, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
