At 12:40 on Wednesday, 27 April, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving a grill-pan in a kitchen within a domestic residential property. Fire extinguished and grill pan removed to exterior of property by Fire Service personnel.
