At 19:59 on Monday, 20 November, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire involving chimney and liner. Fire out on arrival. Full inspection of roof space made using thermal imaging camera.
