At 12:22 on Wednesday, 16 May, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Wellington.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• 13.5m ladder

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

RTC involving 1 forklift truck tipped over onto van. 1 casualty rescued from forklift truck, by Fire Service Personnel, and is now in the care of Ambulance Crews. No other casualties. Fire Service Crews making vehicles safe.
