At 15:34 on Friday, 1 June, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Flooding in Shrewsbury.
4 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington.
Fire Control have been receiving numerous calls to flooding in the Shrewsbury area. If your property gets flooded with rain water, you can assist Fire Crews by isolating the electrics at the fuse box. Sandbags can be requested from Shropshire Council, by ringing 0345 6789006.
