At 14:35 on Monday, 18 June, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Persons Trapped Below Ground in Hereford and Worcester.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Ludlow, Shrewsbury and Wellington. Operations and Safety officers were in attendance.

Assistance to Hereford and Worcester Fire & Rescue Service, in dealing with a person fallen into a concrete pipe in the ground.
