At 13:57 on Sunday, 23 September, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Water Rescue in Cross Houses, Shrewsbury.

4 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

One female out of the water on arrival of Fire Service.
