At 17:16 on Saturday, 9 February, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Gittin Street, Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

TV Aerial hanging off chimney on roof over pavement, safely removed by crews.
