At 19:50 on Saturday, 13 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bonfire in Bridgnorth.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bridgnorth. A Fire Investigation officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

One male suffering burns to face due to lighting a controlled bonfire in garden. Conveyed to hospital via land Ambulance. Fire Investigation carried out.
