At 19:49 on Saturday, 27 July, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Smoke In Area in Bridgnorth.

3 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Tweedale.

This incident involved a large unattended bonfire. Crews were assisted by Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue service.
