At 17:05 on Thursday, 22 August, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Benthall, Broseley.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Much Wenlock and Telford.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving grass and undergrowth. One hose reel jet used to extinguish.
