At 13:35 on Monday, 20 July, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Lift Rescue Persons Locked In in Ludlow.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Ludlow.

Crews were mobilised to assist with a lift rescue but occupants had self released prior to arrival. No action by Fire Service Personnel
