At 18:13 on Tuesday, 8 September, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Ercall Heath, Newport .

3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Newport, Shrewsbury, Telford Central and Wellington.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One 14yr old female rescued from roof of property using 9m ladder.
