At 20:57 on Saturday, 21 November, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as AFA in Craven Arms.

One female casualty with suspected carbon monoxide poisoning. Fire crews administered first aid and oxygen therapy. Casualty left in the care of ambulance service. Fire crews ventilated property.
