Station ground: Much Wenlock

At 11:57 on Monday, 8 November, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire Commercial in Cound.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Much Wenlock and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks
• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

1 grain dryer containing approximately 18 tonnes of grain, 100% alight.
