I have previously asked in a FOI Request if your fire and rescue service received any racism complaints made against it and its staff since 2015. 
Now, please can you tell me if over the stated period there have been any employment tribunal claims brought against your service where discrimination on the grounds of race has been cited for the requested period (2015-2020).
If there has been such claims, can you please tell me how many such claims were brought per year requested, the nature of such complaint, whether it was made by a member of a public or a staff member and whether it was upheld/partially upheld/not upheld.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request. 

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service have had no employment tribunal claims against the service in respect of discrimination on the grounds of race for the requested period (2015-2020).

If you are unhappy with the way your request for information has been handled, you can complain or request an internal review of the decision. This must be done within 40 working days of receiving this response.
