At 09:07 on Sunday, 7 February, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Broseley.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Involving one HGV horsebox come rest in a precarious position over the road edge. There were no persons trapped and no animals were within vehicle at the time. Crews stabilised vehicle only, awaiting recovery company.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Crew making 2 vehicles safe and removing the vehicles from carriageway for safety of other road users. V-Struts with chocks and blocks also used to stabilise vehicles.

Road Traffic collision involving 1 LGV 1 Car and 1 4x4 2 persons released before arrival 2 person extricated by Fire and Rescue service 1 person to hospital by Air Ambulance 1 Person to hospital by by land ambulance

At 18:23 on Thursday, 2 July, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in A49 near Longnor.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Road traffic collision involving one convertible car and one heavy goods vehicle, one person trapped in car which had left the road, crews used short extension ladder, general purpose line, strops, Tirfor winch and basket stretcher to release casualty who was transferred to the air ambulance
