Chief Fire Officer Simon Hardiman said:
"We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of two firefighters and a member of the public in Oxfordshire yesterday (Thursday).
"Our thoughts are with their family and friends as well as our colleagues at Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service."
