At 09:22 on Saturday, 4 March, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Stanton Lacy, Ludlow.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Craven Arms.

Chimney fire. Fire crews cooled and extinguished chimney fire using 1 triple extension ladder, 1 hose reel jet and thermal image camera. Advice was given to occupier to not use fire until inspection carried out
