At 12:19 on Thursday, 3 August, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

A minor collision had taken place between a van and private saloon vehicle- no persons trapped.
