At 15:53 on Thursday, 14 November, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Smell Of Burning in Much Wenlock.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Much Wenlock.

This incident was caused by a tumble dryer overheating. Crews isolated electrics and gave advice.
